ADHDinSync is a specialist adult ADHD service providing comprehensive ADHD assessment and personalised medication support. Care includes medication initiation, titration, medication reviews and ongoing monitoring, with shared care requests to GPs following stabilisation where clinically appropriate. The service is led by an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse, Advanced ADHD Practitioner and Independent Prescriber (V300), with care informed by DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and NICE NG87 guidance. Flexible online appointments are available with a focus on safe, evidence-based and person-centred care.

Support and services available after assessment:
ADHD medication initiation, titration and ongoing medication reviews are provided by an NMC Registered Independent Prescriber (V300), following comprehensive ADHD assessment using DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and in accordance with NICE NG87 guidance. Prescribing is subject to clinical suitability, relevant medical history, physical health and cardiovascular monitoring, treatment response and medication safety considerations. Shared care may be requested following stabilisation where clinically appropriate but remains subject to GP agreement.
Patients requiring urgent or crisis mental health intervention, or presenting with medical or psychiatric needs requiring specialist management beyond the scope of the service. Suitability for ADHD assessment and treatment is considered individually, including relevant physical and mental health conditions, substance use, current medication and clinical risk. Where ADHD medication is considered, prescribing is subject to appropriate physical health and cardiovascular assessment, clinical suitability and safe prescribing requirements in accordance with NICE NG87 guidance.
