We do not:

• employ clinicians to assess or diagnose ADHD;
• guarantee the suitability, quality, or availability of any Clinic.

Any contract for services is between you and the Clinic directly.

3. Commercial Relationships and Transparency

We may receive payment from Clinics for referrals, introductions, or marketing services.

This may influence:

• which Clinics appear on our platform;
• the order in which Clinics are presented; and
• whether certain Clinics are featured.

We do not provide an exhaustive list of all available providers in the market.

4. No Medical Advice

The content on this platform is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

You should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about diagnosis or treatment.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

• you will use the platform only for lawful purposes;
• you will not rely solely on the platform when making healthcare decisions;
• you are responsible for verifying the suitability of any Clinic.

6. Clinic Relationships

Clinics are independent third parties.

We:

• do not control or supervise Clinics;
• do not guarantee their qualifications, services, or outcomes;
• are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or services provided by Clinics.

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between us and any Clinic.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, we are responsible for losses you suffer as a result of our breach of these Terms only to the extent that such losses are:

• foreseeable; and
• caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not liable for:

• any loss arising from reliance on third-party Clinics;
• any indirect or consequential losses;
• loss of profits, business, or opportunity.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed a reasonable cap to be confirmed.

We take reasonable care to ensure that information on the platform is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

9. Data Protection

Where you submit information relating to your health, this may constitute special category data under UK GDPR.

10. Payments

If you purchase any paid services:

• pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase;
• you will have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013;

We will not enforce blanket "no refund" policies where prohibited by law.

11. Consumer Rights
