DoseDirect is a UK-registered online pharmacy providing private ADHD medication treatment for adults who already have a formal ADHD diagnosis and are looking to start, continue or transfer their care. Our service is designed specifically for the stage after diagnosis. We can consider patients diagnosed by other recognised NHS or private providers and, where the existing diagnostic documentation is clinically adequate, a repeat ADHD assessment is not routinely required. We offer medication initiation and titration, transfer of established treatment from another provider, ongoing private prescribing and monitoring, and support with shared-care requests where clinically appropriate. If shared care is not available, suitable patients can continue with our private stable-care service. One of our main advantages is that prescribing and dispensing are provided through the same pharmacy, meaning patients do not need to coordinate between a separate clinic, prescriber and dispensing pharmacy. This allows us to provide a more joined-up service from clinical review through to medication supply. We also aim to keep pricing straightforward and transparent. Our 12-week titration package is £349.99 and includes three clinical appointments, prescription writing and appropriate clinical correspondence, with only the medication charged separately. A pay-as-you-go titration option is also available at £149.99 per appointment. For patients already stable on medication, we offer a transfer assessment followed by an ongoing stable-care option, providing continued prescribing, monitoring and annual review where appropriate. DoseDirect is particularly suited to patients who have already completed the diagnostic process but are facing a long wait for titration, need to move from another provider, have had shared care declined, or simply need a reliable ongoing prescribing service. Our focus is on accessible, pharmacist-led care, clear pricing, responsive communication and continuity of treatment rather than asking patients to start the diagnostic process again unnecessarily.

Existing diagnostic reports are reviewed and a repeat diagnostic assessment is not routinely required where documentation is clinically adequate. Our 12-week titration package is £349.99 and includes three clinical reviews, prescription writing and appropriate clinical correspondence; medication is charged separately. Pay-as-you-go titration is also available at £149.99 per appointment. Once stable, suitable patients may move to ongoing private care, and shared-care requests can be made to the patient’s GP where clinically appropriate. Prescribing and dispensing are provided through the same UK-registered pharmacy.
We are unable to initiate or continue treatment where it would not be safe or clinically appropriate to do so. This may include active psychosis or mania, current significant suicidal ideation or self-harm risk, severe or unstable mental illness requiring specialist psychiatric oversight, significant uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, or current substance misuse/diversion concerns. We also cannot provide concurrent ADHD prescribing or titration alongside another active prescriber unless a formal transfer of care has been agreed. Patients must have an established ADHD diagnosis supported by adequate clinical documentation. Other medical or psychiatric comorbidities are considered individually rather than automatically excluded.
